General Managers 

The General Managers shall report to the league’s executive office. All General Managers are responsible for the day to day operations of their team. General Managers will oversee all divisons of the NTFL this includes the indoor and outdoor track and field team, the cross country team, and the road racing team. This will include:ï‚· Team Staff, Team roster, Team record, Team finances, Practice time, Meet day operation, Team travel organization, Media & marketing, Team safety, Team Rules, Team selection, and Communications.

Assistant Track and Field Coach
Assist in all phases of the team program. Assist in practices, workouts and meets. Assist in scouting, scheduling, coordinating travel, and coaching. Must be available to travel year round and have the ability to assit all division head coaches with team responsibilities. 
  • Assistant Coaches for the following positions will only assist with indoor and outdoor track and field operations: Jumps, Throws, Sprints.
  • Distance assitant coach applicants must also be able to assist with the NTFL Cross Country Season and The NTFL Road Racing Series in addition to the indoor and outdoor track and field season. 
Director of Operations

Ensures that the NTFL's daily activities run smoothly. Schedule meetings, team functions, and direct the team through day to day operations. Must be available to travel with the team. If you enjoy travel, you’ll get plenty of it. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Strength and Conditioning Coach
The strength and conditioning coach works directly with the head coach to put together a strength and conditioning program and schedule for each team. This will also include: weight room maintence, equipment inventory, development of rehabilitation programs, provide education on strength and conditioning, provide educational resources on nutrition and supplements.

 

Athletic Trainer
Develop, coordinate and administer a comprehensive sports medical program. Including: injury prevention programs, injury evaluations, injury management, injury treatment and rehabilitation, educational programs and counseling. Attendance at scheduled team practices and home and away meets. Must be available to travel year round. Record keeping and documentation. Scheduling of appointments.

 

Equipment Manager
Manages and oversees the maintenance of athletic and sports equipment. Coordinates and maintains sports facilities. Oversees gear distribution and ordering. Determines needs and generates purchase orders to acquire athletic and sports equipment. Oversees and coordinates all game day equipment preparations, setup for games, and practices. Ensures that all uniforms and related apparel and equipment are maintained in a clean and serviceable condition. 

 

Business Positions

All Business positions are located in the NTFL headquarters. All positions in the headquarters may include travel.

Advertising

Responsible for writing and designing advertising copy, securing, and placing advertisements in a variety of media.

Promotions

Responsible for overseeing all promotion activity on the field and in the stand during meets.

Community Relations

Become apart of our community engagement team. Responsible for  creating and administrating grassroots functions.

Media Relations

Responsible for working and assisting the media by providing information necessary for team coverage and publicity. This position include making sure all the needs of the media are met at every competition or events. 

Corporate Ticket Sales

Responsible for the sales of Corporate sponsorship, luxury suites, or club seats. 

Meet Experience

Responsible for enhancing the experience of people who attend track and field events. Must be able to think outside of the box and engage well in team projects.

Database Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for building databases of information about the teams customers so that the teams can more effectively serve its customers and better meet their needs. This position may also include overseeing the marketing research efforts of the league. 

Hospitality Coordinator

Responsible for track meet related needs of corporate clients and athlete's meals at competitions. Coordinates hotel lodging and event hospitality.

Ticket Operations

Responsible for ticket inventory, ticket distribution, printing, accounting, game-day box offices sales, and complimentary tickets. Season tickets and group tickets.
